Hillary Clinton was asked a very straightforward question at the first Democratic Presidential debate. Of course, her answer was not straightforward.
“Will you say anything to get elected?”
The short answer is yes. We’ve seen her flip flop on seemingly every issue over the course of her political career. Immigration, gay marriage, gun control, and –most recently– the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
Her unedited answer:
Well, actually, I have been very consistent. Over the course of my entire life, I have always fought for the same values and principles, but, like most human beings — including those of us who run for office — I do absorb new information. I do look at what’s happening in the world.
So, you changed your mind because…you changed your mind. Hillary would have us believe that the truth is subjective; much like the rest of the Left. Consider their position on life. Animals are protected better than people because life does not begin at conception, right?
Hillary Clinton has changed her mind based on the polls and it is easy to see. Her positions always change to the “popular” consensus.
People want gay marriage? She signs off on it despite having said years ago she believes marriage to be between a man and a woman.
In 2012, she supported the President and the Trans-Pacific Partnership. Now, it is an election year and she opposes it. Maybe because of how, Bernie Sanders, her Democratic competition is against the TPP?
She continues to switch to the more liberal viewpoint on each issue each time.
Hillary wants votes, not a better government. She wants a title, not a better country. If she cannot even agree with herself for more than a few years, how is she going to steer the country back in the right direction? How is she going to set up the president coming after her to work on anything except cleaning up her mess?
We see through your buzzwords and politicizing, Hillary Clinton. We need a leader, not a reality show contestant.
