CBS Vice President Celebrated Las Vegas Shooting On Social Media

Vegas Massacre
It's hard to heed calls for unity and healing - when giddy Democrats are dancing on the corpses.

Vice President of CBS, Hayley Geftman-Gold reacted to the horrifying events in Las Vegas by posting on Facebook that she was “not even sympathetic” towards the victims of the shooting incidents as, “country music fans often are Republican gun toters.”

She further wrote, ” If they wouldn’t do anything when children were murdered I have no hope that Repugs [sic] will ever do the right thing.” Referring to the Sandy Hook Shooting, which occurred in 2012, in which Adam Lanza killed 20 children and 6 adults – sparking an intense debate on gun control legislation.

The Daily Caller managed to grab a screenshot of the post by the Geftman-Gold before it was removed on Monday. The post showed Geftman-Gold, responding to a story that was posted about the event, and light-heartedly discussing with her friends how this tragedy could be used to advance a gun control agenda.

Geftman-Gold’s attorney, Carrie Goldberg, released a statement, claiming “We beg people to show love and support to survivors and loved ones — in Las Vegas and their own lives — instead of creating more violence.”

According to her LinkedIn profile, Geftman-Gold had worked at CBS since September 2016 and had graduated from the ultra liberal Columbia University law school in 2000.

A petition addressed to the New York State Bar Association have been started, demanding that the Bar formally condemn Geftman-Gold’s “professional misconduct.”

Hayley Geftman-Gold issued a carefully worded statement, after her evil social media post blew up over the internet. She claimed, “, saying, “I posted an indefensible post in a Facebook discussion thread concerning the tragic Las Vegas shooting, a statement I sincerely regret. I am deeply sorry for diminishing the significance of every life affected by Stephen Paddock’s terrorism last night and for the pain my words have inflicted on the loved ones of the victims.”

A CBS spokeswoman claimed that, “[Geftman-Gold’s] views as expressed on social media are deeply unacceptable to all of us at CBS.” However, it must be asked – if mainstream media executives talk like this among themselves when they believe no one is looking, how sincere can such a statement ever be?
