Republicans Call Romney a Traitor

Over the last four years, many Republicans disagreed the the former president Donald Trump, but one above the rest were more vocal.

In 2012 Mitt Romney was nominated as the Republican candidate for president. Romney didn’t win that election, and lost by a wide margin.

Romney’s father was even the governor of Michigan and according to the former presidential candidate, Mitt has been a Republican his whole life.

Mitt was the former Governor of Massachusetts. He has been ingrained in the Republican Party for a long time.

You would think that the right would be cheering his name for all of his accomplishments, but that isn’t the case.

This past weekend, Mitt was called a “traitor” and a “communist” by a large crowd of Republicans at the Utah Convention.

The delegates did not respond well to Ronmey.

The outgoing party chair had to calm the audience down.

There seems to be a major disconnect with the Republican party and the voters. Voters loved Trump in the last two elections, but the party doesn’t seem very supportive of Mr. Trump.

This divide will either heal enough for the GOP to challenge Biden in the next election, or the Party will splinter and the Democrats will continue to win elections.
