Megyn Kelly has weathered her public feud with Donald Trump–at least, according to her latest TV ratings.

Kelly’s show, “The Kelly File,” was the second-most-watched cable news show on TV, with an average of 556,000 viewers per night–a substantial climb from the 400,000 she averaged in June.

Plus, in the lucrative 25-54 demographic, she was the top dog–beating out perennial winner, Bill O’Reilly.

Mediaite reports, based on the Nielsen Rankings:

“Megyn Kelly may have taken a 10 day vacation during the month of August, but her Fox News show, The Kelly File, still emerged victorious as the most-watched cable news show in the 25-54 demo with an average of 566K viewers. The O’Reilly Factor came in second place with 541K in the demo and Hannity was third with 444K.

In total viewers, Bill O’Reilly’s show remained #1 for all of cable news with 3.016M, followed by The Kelly File with 2.749M and Special Report with Bret Baier with 2.115M. Additionally, Hannity had a strong month too––his highest-rated to date–– with 1.823M.”

Kelly entered into her bruising feud with Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump after she asked him a controversial question about his past comments about women.

Trump was outraged by the question–and took to Twitter after the debate to attack Kelly, going so far as to call her a “bimbo.”

The controversy was soon smoothed over–for the most part–and Kelly went on a 10-day vacation (that she claimed had been planned already.)

But whether or not her vacation was actually a vacation, or a suspension to keep her out of the limelight, the feud seems to have paid off big time for Megyn Kelly’s TV career.
