Only a savvy businessman like Donald Trump could have sex with a porn star, and get *her* to pay *him.*
A court ordered Stormy Daniels to pay Donald Trump $293,052–after she unsuccessfully sued the President for defamation.
Trump had allegedly paid Daniels $130,000 to sign a non-disclosure agreement about an affair she claims to have had with the President in 2006… meaning that he’s netting $163,052 off the entire back-and-forth.
Daniels’ defamation claim, which Trump and his attorneys called “frivilous” came after Trump called her “horseface” on Twitter, and claimed that he would “go after” Daniels and her “third-rate lawyer” Michael Avenatti, who was considered a possible candidate for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination before an arrest last month for domestic violence.
Despite the ruling, however, Avenatti has declared that Daniels would “never have to pay a dime.”
“Not one penny,” he added, in a response to a critic on Twitter. “It is the end of the first quarter, not the end of the game.”
Trump’s legal team, however, celebrated the victory.
“The court’s order, along with the court’s prior order dismissing Stormy Daniels’ defamation case against the president, together constitute a total victory for the president, and a total defeat for Stormy Daniels in this case,” said Charles Harder, an attorney for Trump, in a statement.
