U.S. Team Redesigns Crest To Include Rainbow Colors

In a country where homosexuality is illegal, the U.S. men’s soccer team made a bold move by redesigning their team crest with the LGBTQ+ rainbow colors by replacing the red and white stripes from the flag.

The FIFA World Cup kicks off this week in Qatar.

The American flag will still be worn on the jerseys on the pitch, but represents the team in various ways during the World Cup tournament at parties and press events.

In the small Muslim country where freedom and civil rights don’t exist, this simple change represents all that America stands for.

It is a subtle, but firm stance for the belief in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Good luck to the U.S. Team.
