The Democrats are hoping to ride a blue wave this November and take back the House of Representatives, but it might not be as easy as they think.
House Democrat Frederica Wilson expects a blue wave this fall, and turned Trump’s “dog” comment about Omarosa into a selling point.
“We have to stop him and the only way we can stop him and stop all of this foolishness and all of this hate and all of this racism…is we’ve got to send a blue wave through this country in the midterms”: @RepWilson urges Democratic midterm votes after Trump calls Omarosa a “dog” pic.twitter.com/OxDKC3EEY2

Wilson’s feelings seem to be shared by many. Predictions are coming out that foresee the Democrats dominating in 2018.
FiveThirtyEight, the left leaning poll, is forecasting the Democrats will win the House in November with three-fourths of the available seats going blue.
The polls are again saying that it will be a landslide and the Democrats will win. Didn’t we hear this in the last election? How well did that work out?
Although many are saying that this election will be a referendum on Trump. The thing is, the economic numbers can’t be ignored.
Just Thursday, we learned that youth unemployment has hit a 52-year low, and that is just one aspect of the economy that is booming.
Trump has a lot going for him, but despite what he has done on the job, so many are focused on what he has said on the job. The left is expecting a big blue wave the carry them to leadership in the House, but will the anger for Trump’s personality win over his success as a president? We’ll just have to wait and see.
